职位 The Role

 

作为我们北京办公室的人力资源协调员(HR Coordinator, APAC),您将加入我们的亚太人力资源运营团队,向亚太区高级人力资源专员汇报。您的职位将专注于公司在亚太地区的人力资源运营服务,主要覆盖中国,新加坡、澳大利亚和印度等国家。

As a HR Coordinator at our Beijing Office, you will join our APAC HR OPS team, consisting of 3 colleagues, reporting into the Regional Senior HR Generalist. Your geographic focus will be APAC HR Operations supporting, mainly China, but also Singapore, Australia and India. Your role will focus on HR Operations Services for APAC, which will include: preboarding, onboarding, employee relations, offboarding and HR payroll related administration. You will assist the HR Generalist and other HR Coordinators.

  • 负责员工入职前,入职和离职的完整流程及相关工作协调 - 从员工入职的第一天之前到最后一天,在我们的员工体验中承担重要的角色。

Preboarding, onboarding & offboarding process coordination - you will play a vital role in our employee experience, from before the employees' first day till their last day.

  • 员工关系维护 – 解答员工的与人力资源政策及流程等相关的问题,响应员工需求,更新及维护相关政策

Employee Relations - you will manage the relations by supporting employees and their managers with queries, updating and maintaining policies,

  • 维护工资和人力资源信息 - 在人力资源信息系统维护和更新员工数据并提供定期统计报告,编制工资表,维护员工人事档案。

Payroll & HR Information Coordination – employee data maintenance and update in HRIS and provide periodic statistical reports, preparation of payroll journals, maintaining employee personnel files.  

  • 负责福利更新及续签等 - 负责更新和维护亚太地区的福利相关平台,管理休假记录等。

Benefits Coordination – you will update and maintain benefits associated platforms in APAC, administer leave record etc.

  • 协调各项公司活动和其他人力资源项目与活动

Coordinate Social events and other HR activities.


How you can add value to the team? 

 

  • Educational degree or higher
  • 3+ years of HR administration experience in an international environment, HR operations, process improvement, HR Shared Services
  • Fluent English & Chinese verbal and written communication skills is a must;
  • Experience using HRIS systems – experience with SuccessFactors and/or Oracle is a plus!
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, always changing environment.
  • Hands-on, no-nonsense, pragmatic
  • Perfectionist, with excellent administration and follow-through skills
  • Highly organized and an absolute multi-tasker
  • Team player, with a lot of initiative and curiosity
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Get energy from different cultures and back grounds. You should enjoy our international vibe, with 65 different nationalities!
